Sufiyan recently had an opportunity to study dyeing and print making in Japan and this block pattern shows the influence of the Japanese aesthetic upon his work. The quilt is natural dyed using indigo. Sufiyan prints on a lovely quality cotton cloth that launders well and feels good against the skin. Colors: shades of indigo to creamy white. Reverse side in rich indigo. Handmade, variations to be expected. 100% cotton.
