Handmade Shibori Indigo Dyed Quilt Bedspread King

This piece was purchased directly from the Gujurat studios of Sufiyan Khatri, an internationally acclaimed expert in natural dyed block printing. Recently Sufiyan has expanded his textiles to include Shibori - tie dye. This Shibori quilt is died with natural Indigo dye. The patterning is a flowing design with many shades of indigo blue. The back side is solid indigo blue. 100% cotton with a lightweight cotton batting inside. The quilt is hand stitched to secure the batting and the finished edge is also hand stitched. Colors shades of indigo and white.
