Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cultural Cloth and supporting our work!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer full returns and exchanges on most items in pristine conditions within 15 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns on yardage.

How to return an item:

    1. Please contact us at info@culturalcloth.com to initiate a return. Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for your return.
    2. Once you've contacted us, pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please include a copy of your packing slip in the package for reference.
    3. Ship the package to the following address: Cultural Cloth W3560 State Road 35, PO 71, Maiden Rock, Wisconsin 54750
    4. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
    5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own peace of mind.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please allow for up to four weeks from the day you return the package to receive your refund. This time frame includes:

      • 5-10 business days for us to receive the item
      • 3-5 business days for us to process your return
      • 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or defective items:

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item has any issues so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@culturalcloth.com. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement if possible, or a full refund.
