Embroidered Pantalones Pillow Guatemala (13x20)

Exquisite hand embroidery done by women in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala. This piece is from a pair of traditional pantalones (men's pants) of the Tz'utujil Maya of Santiago Atitlan. Very fine detail in each different bird. The birds are whimsical showing the artists unique style. Back is sage handwoven cotton with piping. One of a kind.
