Shipping/Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your heirloom quality, handmade, one-of-a-kind purchase.  Therefore, if you are considering purchasing an investment piece, contact us at or call us at 715-448-2053.  We would be happy to provide details on color, style and size.  We want these treasures to have a coveted spot in your home.  In most cases our pieces are one-of-a-kind so if the piece is sold, we cannot order another.  If you live in the Twin Cities or the Lake Pepin area, you can purchase the item online and have it held in our Maiden Rock WI store for pick up.  Remember we are open Thursday - Sunday, 11-4 p.m.  until Christmas when we take a few weeks-long break, reopening mid January.  


We can ship to any address in the continental United States. We offer free ground USPS shipping on orders except where noted.  On some large rug items there is a nonrefundable shipping fee.  The fee is listed in the item description.  You may request expedited shipping and there will be an additional charge.  The expedited cost will be calculated based on weight and package dimensions.  Currently we are using the USPS for all orders. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

Return your item in pristine condition, with hang tags attached along with your receipt for a full refund issued within 15 days of receiving the item. We do not pay return shipping costs unless the item shipped is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
